Exclusive location on the dream beach of Costa Rei

Villetta 3 fascinates with its stylish architecture and unique location behind the dunes. The villa's large, well-tended garden leads directly onto the Costa's fine sandy beach. The sea on the shore is shallow and crystal clear. Two offshore rocks invite you to dive and snorkel. The sand is white and fine-grained. There are shops within walking distance for everyday necessities and a weekly market with Sardinian specialties, fresh organic vegetables and handicrafts

Villetta 3 is your vacation home in Sardinia if you...

... are looking for a sunny vacation home for the whole family in a prime location

... have the motto: from the bedroom into the water

... swim in the sea and relax in the palm garden.

You can see the sea from the spacious terrace

The focal point of Mediterranean beach life is the terrace with Mediterranean plants, from which you can see the moon over the water in the evening, with a dining area around the outdoor fireplace and an outdoor group under palm trees with loungers and seating furniture. The property borders directly onto the sea. There is a 4-star hotel next to the house, but its architecture blends in perfectly with the landscape. In midsummer, you can hear the music of the evening entertainment.
