The room was clean, spacious (especially compared to London norms!), and comfortable. The elevators functioned smoothly. There was minimal interaction with the staff (eg, no daily cleaning, which was not a problem for a short stay), but when we needed help, they were courteous and helpful. The location is perfect, close to the Tube and Hampstead Heath. We'd definitely stay again.

The room was super clean and comforable. Very comforable bed. Quiet. Hot water kettle in the room with packets of coffee and tea. Nice bathroom, large shower. I would stay again.

Very nice location, Belsize Park tube station is only a few minutes walk, Hampstead Heath is cca 15 mins on foot. Groceries nearby. Room clean and comfortable.
