Inside, this multi-level home, with an elevator for easy access to all floors, has been refreshed with updated décor and quality furnishings throughout. The top floor welcomes you with a sunlit, open layout that includes vaulted ceilings, cozy seating, and space for the whole group to relax and reconnect. Cooking and cleanup are a breeze in the comfortable kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and two dishwashers to handle family meals with ease. There's even a second laundry closet to make one-level living easy, too!

From the ship's watch and upper decks, you can catch a glimpse of the ocean, while every level offers its own outdoor space to enjoy the breeze. Additional Amenity Details: Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to the leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning, or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Community pools are open in-season only – exact dates must be confirmed by the property management company. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15.

All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
