This oceanfront home is the perfect place for a family getaway! Spacious
guest area or "kids hangout" on the first floor with 2 full beds, kitchen,
private bath, and lots of games. Head up the stairs to the
master bedroom and an extra bedroom, both with king-size beds. Each
bedroom has its own flat screen TV, as does the living room. The living area has
beautiful ocean views, nice cozy couches, and a fireplace to bundle up next
to when it gets chilly outside. Cute kitchen with everything you could possibly
need to cook up the perfect meals for your family and friends. Enjoy amazing
views of the beach while dining, sharing stories, and laughing with your loved
ones at the large dinner table located in the living area right next to the
kitchen. Don't forget to step outside onto the patio and take some time to
relax and take it in. You're at the beach!!! Come stay at this magnificent
vacation rental today! We have just added an electric car plug in the garage.
Please note that due to the homeowners' insurance policy, BIKES will not be renter accessible. They are locked up.

We would first like to thank the gracious Homeowners and everyone at Gold Coast For allowing us to stay in this beautiful two story home on Silver Strand in Oxnard. We were celebrating our Silver Anniversary and the first home we booked was undergoing repairs and when I saw this home became available...we booked it immediately! What a great and happy opportunity to stay here at Local's Choice! The home is lovingly taken care of with everything that you need for an amazing oceanfront vacation. From beautiful linens, artwork (one looked like a Chagall but wasn't, yet still so lovely) and other pieces had a direct connection to the area and comfortable furniture, and well-stocked kitchens, yes there are two, filled with utencils and bathrooms that are spotless and again, more towels than you may need and shampoo and soap provided....cable TV and an upper deck to view the sea life durring the day and the shooting stars in the sky at night, this home is a true gem! Not to mention every morning between 9:00 am to 10:30 am we watched the dolphins in pods come by to eat and and seals swim by, too. The environment here must be healthy that so many diffent species of wildlife mingled with the surfers. We took lots of photos from the upper deck balcony and on the lower deck, there is a little gate that you can privately access the beach and step out into the sand and find seashells and walk to the water. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt very inviting and comfortable. We would love to stay here again in the future because it truly felt to us, like a very loving home. Thank you all so much for helping us have a wonderful time celebrating our 25th in your gorgeous oceanfront home on Silver Strand Beach!

We absolutely loved staying in this home! It fit our needs perfectly. The little apartment downstairs was perfect for our teens. The upstairs was open and very comfortable.
