Belle scale accentate con piastrelle portano al secondo piano con una cucina a vista e un soggiorno con vista mozzafiato sull'oceano. Grande TV a schermo piatto e centro di intrattenimento nel soggiorno. Accendi la griglia del barbecue e rilassati sul balcone e goditi il tramonto sull'acqua. Soggiorno accanto alla cucina gourmet con elettrodomestici inox professionali, banconi in granito, tavolo da pranzo nella sua alcova che può ospitare 6. La camera degli ospiti con la regina, il bagno annesso e il mezzo bagno aggiuntivo nel corridoio completano questo livello.
La spaziosa suite principale con letto king size costituisce il terzo piano e dispone di camino a vista, area salotto e balcone privato sulla spiaggia. L'ampio bagno principale con doccia è completo di doppio lavabo, doccia e vasca separate e cabina armadio.

This home is amazing! Set right on the beach with stunning sunsets each night. Three floors was a concern but the elevator made it super simple to haul heavy luggage and groceries to the right floor. Every room was spotless with warm welcoming decor. The kitchen has an industrial range/oven that can handle large groups easily along with a very large high end refrigerator and freezer. We loved the boogie boards to play in the waves. Only draw back was there is no air conditioning. The home does cool down through the night but I sleep very hot and it was a struggle being comfortable in bed. I recommend this place to those looking for easy beach access and having fun in the sun!

A must-stay! From the moment we arrived, the property was exactly as described, actually even better. We were pleasantly surprised to see the Christmas tree still up, which added such a warm and festive touch to our stay. We absolutely loved it and it made the experience even more special.The entire house was spotless, well-organized, and clearly very well cared for. Parking was easy with both street and driveway options available. We brought our own bikes, but it was great to see that bikes are also provided at the property for guests to use.The kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. There are plenty of bathrooms, which made things very convenient for our group, and the beds are incredibly comfortable—everyone slept great.The property management team was fantastic. They were responsive, helpful, and answered all of my questions quickly, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.Thank you for opening up this amazing home for others to enjoy. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely love to come back!

Really enjoyed our stay for four nights (during COVID). We were a family of five (two adults and three kids ages 12-16) and were looking for a relaxing get-away, on the sand in Oxnard, that would allow us all to decompress, get off Zoom, separate from online schooling, and take a break. This was a blissful respite from reality! The house was lovely and updated with all the necessary amenities. The check in process is easy and the management company was receptive. It sits on the sand at Silver Strand and is very well located. Only "negative" to note is that it sits right next to a popular public walkway for access to the beach, and it is right next to a large, fenced off government/Navy/Coast Guard facility - which does not make much noise, but is not aesthetically pleasing (only negative). The home was immaculately clean when we arrived. The home is three stories, with the kitchen and main rooms on the middle floor with a spectacular view of the sand and ocean, and the top floor is entirely an awesome master suite. The kitchen is large and stocked, and the bedrooms and living spaces were large and well appointed. The house was quiet, as is the Silver Strand in general. We loved the home and will be back! I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Great 5-star experience.
