My sisters and I came to Savannah for a girls trip and loved the Broughton Street property. It was in a great location and the decor was a lovely mix of traditional and modern.

We had 4 adults and 3 young children stay comfortably in the house. Overall we enjoyed it! The house was exactly as advertised, the location was great, and the property management was very attentive to our questions. Would recommend!

It was great to all be together and to have the house as a homebase for guests & deliveries. Plenty of closet/ storage space and plenty of bathroom was the perfect location walking distance from anything in town. The beds are comfortable and the home was clean and well set up when we arrived. The kitchen has most anything you need for a normal stay including cooking. Having two parking spaces was a huge help! Parking in Savannah is difficult and expensive, so it was nice to have street parking in front of the house available as well as the two reserved places in the back. We hosted a welcome dinner and the home well accommodated our guests and we got so many compliments on how nice the place was. Excellent communication with property management, the neighborhood is very nice and safe, with quiet and friendly neighbors.I will stay here over and over again everytime I come to Savannah. It was absolutely perfect!

Great location. We walked everywhere. Beds were comfy. Lots of room. Decor is so neat for the area! We loved the courtyard. And spent a lot of time out there. Unfortunately cushions are old and uncomfortable. Definitely needs better cushions and comfort for courtyard. Supplying one extra trash bag, paper towel, and more then a half a roll of toilet paper in the master bath would be nice. Dryer broke and wasn’t fixed during our stay. But they had maintenance come out and at least try. Ice maker broke but they did bring ice which was nice! But overall loved it and would stay again.

Reviewing the property itself:
- Location is fantastic! Can walk anywhere, and parking is easy.
- The décor is a little formal, which also tends to equate to less comfort. For the dining area, its fine, but if you're wanting to relax on a couch, there is only one and its not that pleasant. (a bunch of furniture was being delivered to the property during our stay, so perhaps this will be changing soon?).
- The kitchen equipment was ok. The kitchen has NO bowls for eating out of, so be warned if your morning breakfast needs it. The stove is very close to the microwave, so its a tight fit for a larger pot.
- Upstairs, the banister is LOW. like just above my knee low and didnt feel particularly safe to stand near. Perhaps a bad plan if you are planning a bachelor/ette party and alcohol is involved.
- The middle bedroom upstairs SHOULD NOT count as a bedroom due to fire code (maybe GA code is different?). The Room has NO escape routes (IE. a window) should there be a fire, nor did it have a closet. This is not evident in the pictures of the unit, and would be my primary reason for not booking this for a similar sized group in the future (6 adults, 2 children)
- the front bedroom's bed in the front window felt like it was going to lose a screw any time someone shifted in it. It was loud and obnoxious.
- The bathroom in the back bedroom is FULLY MIRRORED. Be warned. It's odd.

The check in code doesnt activate until 4pm. We arrived 20 minutes prior during a heavy rainstorm with two small children and unfortunately couldnt get in until 4pm. It would have been nice if the codes were active just a few minutes prior to 4pm.

At first, I was skeptical if 7 of us would have enough space in the manor. However, it is much bigger than I imagined! The living room and dining room provided plenty of space for us to be together, yet separate. In addition, the bedrooms were quite spacious - we never felt cramped. We will be returning next time we are in Savannah!

Close to river. We were able to walk to most of the squares. A couple extra sets of bath towels would have been nice but having a washer and dryer made all the difference. I left a note that there were no bowls in the kitchen for cereal or ice cream. We used coffee mugs.

We took a girls trip and the house was great. Very clean. We had a minor issue of the dishwasher being full of clean dishes but the repose from the management company was quick and they just let us leave our dishes in the sink so it was not a real issue. We really loved the location.

The location of this historic townhome was walkable to all the great Savannah downtown must-see sites. All of the exposed brick in the home really contributed to the charming ambiance. All the rooms were comfortably appointed, just mentally prepare yourself if you will be staying in the master suite, for an abundance of mirrors in the bedroom as well as in the bathroom ;) Lucky Savannah was a great company to work with regarding some delays in our stay, due to Covid and other health ailments. So when you book through VRBO you are then called by the company to re-confirm everything you enter on the VRBO site. You will also have to access the management company’s portal/app to access any information regarding the property (nothing is listed in VRBO) - which seems redundant since typically you can access everything from VRBO. While the process was a bit annoying, the team at the management group are very kind and helpful.

Great home and location but the ceiling fans are coated in dust as well as some of the baseboards. The sky lights have mold in them causing all 9 of us to leave there with severe sinus congestion.

This house is in a great location. It is close to shopping, dining, and attractions. It was a spacious home, with plenty of room for everyone. The online photos did not exactly match the current state of the home. There were various empty nails and hooks in the walls with no pictures, etc. The light next to the bed in the large upstairs room did not work, and the vent in the upstairs bath did not work, which made the bathroom extremely hot and steamy. There were no cushions for the outside furniture, so we could not sit out back to enjoy the warm weather. Other than that, the house was fine snd it met our needs.

This place is located in the historic area and is an easy walk to so many places in the historic area and an easy walk to the restaurants and shops on River Street. We also took advantage of the fact that Leopard's Ice Cream is a short walk. The house was comfortable with plenty of room to relax before and after the days activities.
