Great location, clean, neat, tidy, comfortable. Perfect if you plan to be out all day and just coming home in the evenings to sleep.

Shower and shower curtain need upgrading. No shampoo and conditioner provided, only shower gel.

This apartment is in the middle of Venice. The house is from the XVI. century. Two vaporetto stations (St Stea and Rialto market) are very close, both are only 10 minutes far. Grocery store is in the next house. Many restaurants are in this area. The Rialto market is in 10 minutes walk. We loved this apartment. The living room is large, but the bathroom is very small. Everything is at sufficient level. You can get this apartment from the Piazza Roma on foot (min 20 min.), or on vaporetto (about 25 min), on by water taxi.

I wouldn't recommend Venice trip for children under 8 years because there are no barriers on bank of canals on lot of places. The roads are narrow and there are lot of bridges. This apartment doesn't suit for people with disabilities because of steps. This apartment doesn't perfect. There is no TV, some equipment is not up to date. But! You will get every important things in this apartment and you will stay in a fairy tale.
