Great location in the heart of Rye & comfortable
Not very clean - the grounds should be better taken care of - several things such as sun shade don’t work - check in process is exhausting

We had a lovely stay and were very pleased with the apartment. It felt very homely from the moment we arrived and was comfortable, cosy and well equipped. The location is excellent, right in the centre of town, so everything is within easy walking distance. The little garden was a real bonus, especially during the hot weather, and was a lovely place to relax. We would happily stay again.
