Antara Genting by PLAY

The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, we had a very restful sleep. Water filter and basic kictchenette equipments were all working well too. Hotel type amenities were provided for including bedroom slippers which was a bonus as the floors were cold due to the temperature outside. Another lovely touch was the neat fold & stamping on the toilet paper. We stayed for 3D2N in early September and only needed to use the fans as the temperatures dipped around 17deg at night(it was raining) and 22deg in the daytime. The carpet cloud throughout our stay was lovely. The outdoor jacuzzi worked fine and even the piped in music was working well. Reception by Harvinton staff was very helpful for quick check in and check out. View was amazing from the 20th floor but I'm sure if would look even better on the upper floors. The facilities around Antara was enough to keep the family entertained. All very well kept and clean public areas. Food was plenty at the mall at Ground floor of Tower A. There's busking & live band at night too.

Slight leaking on the shower head but otherwise all is fine.

15 mins walk to RW Genting. Property is new, beautifully designed room.

Rain shower volume and pressure inadequate for a good shower. Pool and Dart Room not accessible to Tower A and troublesome to book.

The check in was so smooth despite the long que, your staff is both efficient and also friendly

the cubes at the trampoline park need your attention

Facilities for kids..

The check in queue during full house and check out time we unable to wait the lift as it is fully used and cause we waited 1hour at the level and we need to climb down the stairs all the way from 33floor which make whole experience bad.
