Palazzo Malipiero Trevisan - Le Tre Dimore D'Epoca

Location

Too many stairs to take luggage up to even get to reception. Being visibly spent and sweating it would have been nice to be offered a bottle of water.

The location was excellent, nice host, and very clean

We booked a room with a king size bed as we are a couple and we ended up in a tiny room under the roof with very little space, and 2 single beds really appart from eachother and the bathroom was outside the room. The owners were really nice and gave us a wonderful suite for the first night, as then the hotel was fully booked.

L’emplacement, par contre il ne faut pas avoir trop de bagages car situé à bonne distance du port.

La chambre est plutôt petite.

The property is located in a beautiful historic Venetian building close to San Marco, and the location is undoubtedly very convenient.

However, we felt that the overall experience did not match the price level (around 350 euros per night including breakfast). The room was much smaller than expected and lacked basic storage space. There was no proper wardrobe, only a small recessed hanging area, and almost no shelves or surfaces to place personal belongings. Even the bedside tables were very small and without drawers, making it difficult to organize everyday items such as phones, chargers, glasses, or skincare products. The bathroom had no drawers or shelves for toiletries, which added to the feeling of limited practicality and space. At breakfast, we felt slightly uncomfortable with how closely food portions were monitored, which affected the overall atmosphere. In addition, there was no luggage storage available after check-out, which was inconvenient given our late flight.
