DONISH Hotel

Clean & Spacious Room Big Bathroom & Good Fixtures

Our confimed booking was for a room with a balcony and a view, but we were given the room at the ground floor fronting the parking lot. We requested that we be transferred to another room with a balcony in the upper room, but the staff told us that there is no vacancy. While the ground floor room is ok, we felt that our stay could have been even better had they gave us the room we specifically booked. The property has no elevator and breakfast is very basic. They might want to consider upgrading their coffee machine too, as it keeps malfunctioning every breakfast time.

Management let me shorten my booked stay, which is appreciated. Room is spotless clean.

Sorry, no: the noise from the road is a no-no for me. The property is on a highly busy six lane road, and the resulting noise fills the cubicle size room to saturation. Even with earplugs it's unpleasant. The whole neighborhood is actually highly unappealing. Plus a few minor irritations that however don't go into my rating, since they are likely to be teething problems of this only recently opened establishment. It's the location, mostly.
