Right by the sea in a quiet area.. The views were incredible. We were upgraded to a bigger room with a wall of windows. We arrived late at night and woke to a stunning view. Even though the weather was wet and windy it was very beautiful. It had two outdoor pods so no matter the weather you can still sit outside.
Our room had an incredible view from the shower.
Two issues.
The side windows on our room were closed but we could hear the staff were speaking very loudly outside in the morning.
The shower needs a deep clean to remove mould and the drain needs to be replaced.

Staff all very nice.
Mold in shower. Room poorly lit and had power outage three times in our one night stay. Also no sound installation. Could hear every cough, conversation, and bathroom usage from room adjacent to us.

We were looking for a room for a short nights stay close to airport. The drive there was much less congested and only 20 minutes compared to other areas. Staff accomodated a request for a quiet, high floor room. The air conditioning worked well. It's clean. Shower was great. Inexpensive compared to many near the airport. On-site restaurant and breakfast.
The location is on a busy street but has adequate sound proofing. The area might feel too local for those not used to travel in different environments.

I booked this for my family, not myself. But according to them the room and the breakfast were good.
Despite the fact that I used my credit card to pay for the booking, my family was asked how they would pay during the check-in. After that, my credit card was debited twice. So far no solution to that. The hotel replies but they are unable to reiumburse. I find extremly odd that my credit card always debit the amount under Booking.com but this time the name of the hotel appears in the credit card report. So far I paid twice for the same room.

"Excellent location not far from the IST airport (20 minute ride). Amazing view on the bay from the balcony. Very friendly staff and good food."
