On the main level, you'll find a serene primary suite with a walk-in shower, ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure. There are also two additional guest bedrooms that share a full bath, and a powder room adds extra convenience.

One of the home’s most unique features is its private courtyard oasis, tucked within the footprint of the house. This inviting space includes a gas firepit (available April-November), making it a fantastic spot for evening gatherings, storytelling, or simply relaxing under the stars. Downstairs, the fun continues with a cozy TV rec room with foosball and arcade system, plus another en suite bedroom and two more guest rooms that share a bathroom. The 16x34 heated saltwater pool (kept between 82–84°F) is open from mid-May through early October, with pool toys and floats provided to keep the good times rolling. For May and October bookings, just check in advance to confirm pool availability based on weather (open now, closing 10/12/26). And no matter the season, the hot tub is open year-round for a soothing soak. This home is located across from a golf course. Stray golf balls may reach the driveway or yard, as is typical in golf‑course communities. Vehicles are parked at the guest’s discretion. Guests should consider the location before booking.

Guests who prefer to use covered parking are welcome to use the garage during your stay. Parking includes a 3‑car garage (2 tandem spots and 1 independent spot) and driveway parking for 3 more vehicles (6 total). The garage entry may be narrow for some vehicles. Street parking is not permitted; please plan accordingly.
