I stayed here because I had a conference at the NEC so wanted somewhere fairly close. It was such a lovely stay - the room was really cosy and clean, the parking was so easy and the whole place just had a really nice vibe to it. They called the day I was checking in just to explain the check in information - a brilliant stay and will be back next year.
It would be nice to have a couple of bottles of water in the fridge. There is no shop super close by, this would be a nice touch.

No breakfast facilities on site which is a reason why we wouldn't book again at this property. We had to drive to the nearest town and only one cafe there to get breakfast. This was of a poor quality.
No catering on site and as this was in the countryside, not suitable for us. A pub down the road only serving Indian food was a bit limiting.
