Location is great. Bed was comfortable and linens were clean. Good amount of space.

The shower door didn't close fully, and I stepped out into a large puddle of water that was flowing out of the bathroom. I mopped it up with extra towels. If there had been another person staying in the room using those towels, we would not have been able to mop it up. There was no outlet near the mirror in the bathroom. There was one outlet on each side of the bed, but each was being used by the lamps. No way to plug in a phone near the bed. The floor lamp did not turn on. The main rug/carpet was stained, but seemed to have been vacuumed. The room I had was on the 5th floor (what we call the 5th floor in the U.S. -- with the entry floor being the 1st floor). It was HARD to carry my luggage up all those flights of stairs. The description should be very clear about how high up you will have to go. Many people would not be able to do it.

Location was great . Clean and tidy. Loud without double Glazing but you have to expect noise in the middle of old town

Could do with more linen and extra pillows

Amazing location and clean

Staff were pushy and unhelpful. Made us feel like they were just trying to rush us through. We asked for a 20 minute late checkout and were told it was not possible. We checked out with at least 3 other units in the house. After checking out, we sat in a nearby café and could tell that cleaning staff did not get to our room for at least another hour, so a 20 minute late checkout would have been no issue.
