The location was very good, close to the city centre and within easy reach of the main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable.
We didn’t realize when booking that the bathroom was outside the room, although it was a private bathroom.

he location is perfect, right on Via XX Settembre, making it very easy to explore Rome. The room itself was good and comfortable.
I am leaving this feedback for improvement. The chair in the room was broken, which caused me to fall, and it was never replaced during my stay. There were also failures regarding the breakfast service. Most importantly, I felt my privacy was invaded during cleaning: my clothes and underwear were handled and mixed (clean with dirty), and my toothbrush was thrown away. I reported these issues via WhatsApp but received no response. I hope these points are addressed for future guests.
