The space
Step inside and be greeted by a bright, airy living space filled with natural light and adorned with tasteful coastal decor. The comfortable living room features large windows with stunning ocean views and provides direct access to your private balcony.
The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, giving you everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy them at the dining table, or dine al fresco on the balcony while taking in the refreshing sea breeze.
For your convenience, the condo also includes an in-unit washer and dryer, perfect for refreshing your beach towels after a day in the sun. This retreat features two spacious bedrooms designed for your comfort and relaxation:
- The primary bedroom boasts a plush king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and private access to the balcony, where you can wake up to breathtaking sunrise views over the ocean.
- The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed and is conveniently located next to the second full bathroom.
With its prime location just steps from Coligny Plaza, renowned golf courses, charming shops, delicious restaurants, and exciting water sports, our beach condo provides the perfect home base for your Hilton Head adventure. You will have private access to the entire condo for the duration of your stay. Enjoy a seamless and secure arrival with our keyless entry system for no-contact check-in.

My family (husband and I, 12 year old and 2 year old) LOVED this condo. My husband says it gets 5 stars for the proximity to the beach, ocean view, and just overall space. I loved it because it was easy to get in and out of with a toddler and all the beach gear. I also appreciated the details the hosts had - the sunshade we didn’t plan on using but loved it more than the umbrella we brought, the sand resistant towels (we also brought towels and ended up reaching for these every day). I also appreciated that the decor was cute and not full of knickknacks I had to move so my toddler wouldn’t break them. It was just a stress free, easy stay - exactly what we were looking for on vacation! I also appreciated the welcome booklet that was sent before arrival. I appreciated all the details! Overall I highly recommend this stay for a family! We were extremely happy and once we figure out our vacation week next year I fully intend to try to stay here again!

Thank you so much for having us. We enjoyed our stay at Shorewood. I would definitely stay here again. Easy access to the pool and beach. Russell was a great host and easy to communicate with.

Great location and outstanding views! Secure parking and easy to come and go from the property.There were some issues though. The towel rack in one bathroom had come free from the wall and couldn't be used and the sink stopper mechanism had become disconnected. There were no sheets on the sleeper sofa nor could we find any.The cleaning fee seemed a bit high. There was still coffee in the coffee maker. The top of the microwave was greasy and sticky. The top of the refrigerator had a thick layer of dust. There were food crumbs in the sleeper sofa when we opened it up. There were no dishwasher pods for the tenant-required dishwashing at the end of the stay. All-in-all, it was a nice place but I expected it to be cleaner and as well sorted as a hotel suite.
