Apartment is big and has everything you may need. It is close to the modern downtown and 20min walk distance from old town. Nice neighborhood, well furnished and I liked the design and decorations. Really nice for me that it was possible to park the car in the courtyard and bring the dog with me.

Good location, nice vibe to the apartment
Only thing that reaaaally bugged me was the shower, the drain in clogged, and doesnt drain fast enough, so you have to stop showering pretty much mid way, and wait 1h atleast (pretty sure it was longer) for all water to drain
