Zhangjiajie Forest Oxygen Bar Resort Hotel - New Hotel in 2026 Large& Buffet Breakfast&Gym&Near East Gate &Free Laundry Service & Mini Bar &Coffee and Travel Guide Explanation of Tour Plan reserve English Butler

Our favourite stay across our 4 week trip so far! Absolutely everything was perfect. The staff, especially Lucy (speaks great English) were incredible helping us plan & book our national park visits, organising a driver for us. Lucy booked all our tickets last minute as we arrived with no plans, she was so kind and beyond helpful even communicating with us to check-in how we were going through the day. They provided heaps of water & snacks. Breakfast was amazing, changed daily. Our view of the river & mountains were extremely refreshing after coming from the big cities. There is a convenient store in the hotel and free laundry. The short walk along the river to all the restaurants is great. Sound proofing was the best we have had and the beds are extremely comfy. Room was very clean and towels changed daily. We added and extra night and would of gladly stayed a week if we had the time. We could not fault anything with this hotel, we will be coming back! P.s stay 4 nights if time allows to fit everything in (it also allows for a bad weather day)

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Zhangjiajie. The view was absolutely stunning and truly unforgettable — waking up to such beautiful scenery was a highlight of my trip. The place itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay even more enjoyable. What made the experience even better was the incredible staff. A special thank you to Luci, Cathy, and a young man whose name I unfortunately can’t remember — they all went above and beyond to help me with everything. From booking tours to arranging train tickets and assisting with anything I needed, their support made my trip smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

Struttura molto moderna e curata in ogni dettaglio.

Staff was very friendly, good amenities on property, rooms were very nice

Beds had bed bugs, I currently have 40+ bug bites on my legs
