The easy check in and the vast carpark.
Mattresses too soft, when you seat on the bed you touch the box easily and the night it’s not comfortable at all.

Large room with large bed. Very clean. Staff were very good and the meals and drinks in the pub were good too. Good location about 15 mins from York.
Nothing we didn't like

Good location, easy to access, good parking, clean bathroom and good shower.
The carpet in the bedroom was really dirty, covered in stains and the duvet had a big slash in it that was clearly not recently done.
