Lovely friendly staff, pool table and retro Pac-Man game lots of lovely little unexpected extras made all the difference, towels on beds, charging cables of all kinds in games room if you forget your charger there all just ready to use.
the only thing to improve I found is the washing powder on bedding, it caused a skin allergic reaction. so hypoallergenic or sensitive/ non biological will fix that no problem.

The location to everything we needed was great
Doesn't look anything like the photos, very run down. Carpets hadnt been cleaned.
Not manned at night, so anyone could come in and out as the door had been propped open. Stag group mixed up with us, so we didnt get any sleep. From of the building was hard to find as signage all hanging off. Im glad we were only there for one night!
