Bring your bikes or walking shoes — the Pinellas Trail is literally at the end of our street! We are also walking distance to Pelican Golf Club in Belleair.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, featuring generous counter space and all essential appliances, making it easy to prepare meals at home.

Use of all amenities, including the grill, is at your own risk. Violations of house rules or Pinellas County short-term rental ordinances may result in immediate termination of your reservation, no refund, and a $1,500 violation fee.

GUEST ACCESS:
The entire house and backyard is accessible to guests and private. Garage access is NOT available. Laundry machines are inside of the house and are available for guest use.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
- Photo ID matching guest name and signed rental agreement required for all bookings.

- The house has a four-car driveway. Please do not park in or on the grass. Four cars can fit in the driveway and there is also available street parking. No more than 4 cars are allowed on the property. Boat, RV, or Trailer parking must be requested in advance.

- This is a NOT a pet friendly home. If pets/animals are brought without approval, we reserve the right to charge additional fees ($300 fine for each unauthorized pet).

- AVAILBLE by request - Pack and play, a Graco Convertible high chair, and/or a stand-alone high chair. We do have a 2nd pack and play if needed and available. Please reach out as soon as you book and let us know if you need any of these items as we keep them at another location.
