Welcome to Oma’s Après Chalet, a premium, fully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat designed for both comfort and convenience on Sugar Mountain.

Perched on the top floor, this unit offers what many consider the best views in the complex—wide-open, unobstructed mountain scenery with no buildings in front of you. Even better, you’ll enjoy one of the quietest stays available, with no neighbors above.

Location is everything, and this condo delivers. You’re just a short walk to both Oma’s Meadow and the Sugar Slalom main slope, giving you a unique advantage early in the season when Oma’s may be closed. Whether you're skiing, snowboarding, or just enjoying the winter atmosphere, you’ll have flexible and easy access to the mountain.

Inside, the space has been fully renovated with a clean, modern mountain aesthetic. The layout is perfect for families or small groups, featuring two comfortable bedrooms (King, Queen & twin bunk), two full bathrooms, and thoughtfully updated finishes throughout.

In the summer, AC is typically not needed as you can open the windows and let air flow (we are at 5000’ of elevation, typical summer highs are 70-78) but we do have a portable ac unit in the master bedroom and second bedroom as needed. It helps to lower the humidity, and it does cool the condo bedrooms well if you like to sleep on a lower temp.

Just steps away, enjoy access to the brand-new clubhouse, featuring:

Indoor heated pool
Hot tub
Sauna
Fully equipped fitness room
Meeting room/game room with Ping Pong

It’s the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes or trails.

A rare bonus: this is the only property on the mountain offering an EV charger, making it an ideal choice for electric vehicle owners looking for both convenience and sustainability.

Whether you're visiting for ski season or a peaceful mountain getaway, Oma’s Après Chalet combines top-tier views, unbeatable location, and premium amenities into one unforgettable stay.
