The neighborhood is known for its attractive homes, convenient location, and easy access to local dining, shopping, parks, and beaches—making it an ideal setting for those looking to settle in and enjoy the Florida lifestyle.

The outdoor space is a standout feature, designed for everyday enjoyment as much as relaxation. Guests can take advantage of the private pool and spa, lounge in the sun, or unwind under the covered patio. The spacious waterfront yard provides a serene backdrop for morning coffee, evening dinners, or simply enjoying the coastal air.

Inside, the home is bright, open, and intentionally equipped for comfortable living. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything needed for preparing meals at home, whether you’re cooking regularly or entertaining guests. Ample cabinetry and storage throughout the home, along with generous closet space in the bedrooms, make it easy to unpack and truly settle in.

Entertainment and recreation options add to the home’s appeal. Foosball, ping pong, and cornhole provide fun for all ages, while the grill, pool toys, and beach gear encourage time outdoors and an active lifestyle. The layout and amenities are designed to support both relaxation and day-to-day living.
Each bedroom offers a comfortable and private retreat, and the two bathrooms are updated and well-appointed. The overall atmosphere of the home is welcoming, functional, and ideal for guests who value space, quality, and a calm residential setting.

This waterfront St. Petersburg home is well-suited for those looking to enjoy an extended stay in a prime location, offering the comfort of a private residence and the benefits of living in one of the city’s most desirable areas.

Please note that the owner stores fishing equipment in a separate section of the garage and may occasionally stop by to access those items during your stay. These visits are typically quick, and the owner will only access the garage storage area. The owner will not enter the home or disturb guests and will be in and out as needed.
