Silk Road Empire

Amazing service. Highly recommended!

Nothing. It was great start to finish!

Outstanding hospitality from the moment we arrived early off the train, including a complimentary welcome breakfast. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond, offering currency exchange, complimentary evening wine and fresh fruit, and a parting gift. Thoughtful conveniences for late travelers, such as access to the terrace and free taxi booking assistance for our departure.

Honestly, nothing at all—the stay was completely faultless.

Everything went just great, from checking in to checking out. Incredible place. Family owned, with tons of traditional details inside and out. Owners were very kind to let us check in earlier in the morning without any fees and they also let us have breakfast that morning despite the fact that check in time is 2pm. Everything was very clean and modern, we were treated like royalty. Breakfast was always full of all kinds of food, everything was fresh and tasty like at home. On departure day one of the owners came to us during breakfast with the traditional Samarkand ceramic plate as a gift for my wife because it was her birthday….On top of this we’ve got free transfer from hotel to airport. Highly recommend this place. If I wood stay in Samarkand again this is the place!
