Private Nantucket retreat with a saltwater pool, spa, large sun-filled deck, grilling area, and peaceful conservation surroundings. This rental includes a detached guesthouse studio plus a private lower-level suite in the main residence, each with its own separate entrance.

Ideal for families or small groups who want flexible sleeping space, outdoor living, and a quiet Madequecham setting close to the beach. Spend the day at the ocean, come back for pool time, grill dinner on the deck, and enjoy the spa in the evening.

The space

The rental includes two separate guest areas:

The detached guesthouse studio has an open living and sleeping area with a queen bed, sleeper sofa, kitchenette, and private entrance.

The private lower-level suite is located within the main residence and has a separate entrance, one bedroom with four twin beds, a lounge area with a pool table, a full bathroom, and a steam room.

Together, the spaces sleep up to 6 guests comfortably and work well for families, couples traveling together, or guests who want extra separation and privacy.

The outdoor space is the highlight: a private saltwater pool and spa, large sunny deck, grilling area, yard space, and open skies surrounded by conservation land.

Guest access

Guests have private access to the detached studio and the private lower-level suite. Each space has its own separate entrance.

Guests also have private access to the exterior areas of the property, including the pool deck, grill area, pool, and spa.

Other things to note

The beach is about a 15–20 minute walk, or a quick drive or bike ride along quiet private roads.

The property is ideal for guests looking for a relaxed Nantucket getaway with private pool access, outdoor living space, beach proximity, and separate sleeping areas that work well for families or groups traveling together. The guesthouse and lower-level suite are rented together as one private reservation, offering a spacious and flexible setup with more privacy and outdoor space than a typical hotel stay.
