This rental is located on the ground level of a raised platform that can be accessed via stairs or ramps. There is no elevator.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.
The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. Condo looks MUCH better in person- it is an old condo complex where a lot of condos are being remodeled.Ocean view from deck is fantastic and literally steps away from beach entrance once you go downstairs and around pool. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time! The unit was great for a family of 3 with a toddler in a pack and play. We were close to the beach access and the pools, as well as many restaurants. The unit is a little out dated but everything worked well and we didn’t have any issues with anything. We would recommend adding a real broom or a dust buster to help with the sand, as the tile in the unit plus a toddler makes the sand travel very easily!
