Surfers Paradise 12th Floor 2bed - Mantra Legends

Location was great, beach fronting, so great views and easy access to the Esplanade and Surfers Paradise Blvd. Tram line is just on the boulevard.

The hotel looked great exteriorly and also the common areas, but at least the rooms on the floor we stayed in were obviously dated, including the facilities in our room. Didn't really need A+ hotel amenities because we really just needed a decent place to rest and sleep anyway. The room appeared to be privately-owned, and we didn't realize this until we found out from our correspondent that the room was not getting serviced daily like a standard hotel room. Email communication was not a problem and very professional otherwise. Having no servicing was not a big deal in our case as we just tidy up ourselves, however, chancing upon a piece of clothing under one of the beds was a bit disappointing.
