Attention: Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 must be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.



Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower maximum occupancy. A two-night reservation maximum sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard maximum occupancy for the home.



This home includes a 6-seater GAS-powered golf cart.

-- Guests must be 21 years of age or older with a valid Driver's License to operate the golf cart.

-- Guests are REQUIRED to return the golf cart with a FULL tank of gas upon departure.

-- Failure to return the golf cart with a full tank of gas will result in a $200 inconvenience fee.

-- Golf carts may not be driven on sidewalks, boardwalks, or nature trails.

-- Please observe all posted traffic laws and speed limits.
