The house was comfortable and great location.

The communication prior to check-in was excellent. Unfortunately, once we arrived, it was very difficult to get a response. The garage door was broken and would not open, so we were unable to park our cars inside. I called about the issue but never received a callback. The house also did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. There was trash on the floor, the floors themselves were dirty, and there was dog hair throughout the home, including in the pool skimmer. I am allergic to dogs, and the dog hair caused a significant allergic reaction during our stay. I also emailed about the cleanliness concerns but did not receive a follow up response. On the positive side, the home is very spacious and has a great layout. It was especially nice that each bedroom with a king-size bed had its own bathroom, which worked well for our group.Overall, the property has a lot of potential, but the lack of cleanliness and the lack of communication after check-in made for a disappointing experience.
