Great location very clean & friendly

The room was lovely, a comfy bed, a great shower, the homemade shortbread was worth going for just for that. The owners were lovely, friendly and so helpful, giving advice on the best things to do, timing etc. Lots of personal touches. I loved the decor, just glad I don't have to dust it, especially the knitted mice peeping out of the skirting. A nice seating area outside with a relaxing water feature. Close to the beach and the harbour.
There was nothing I didn't like, but would recommend a cab from the train and bus station if you are coming in this way as it is quite a hike up the hill to the guesthouse with a suitcase. The buses and trains are excellent and reasonably priced.

Great choice for breakfast, nothing was a problem for Tracey or Jason. The location was within easy walking distance to the main street where the train and bus stations are located. Plenty of eating places, public houses and some really nice shops.
Nothing to dislike about the area.
