Just a 5-minute drive from Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove, The Weld Arms is a wonderful 17th century coaching inn, nestled at the foot of the famous Lulworth Castle grounds in the picturesque village of East Lulworth. There are several lovely walks from The Weld Arms. Lulworth Lake is a hidden gem right in the middle of the Lulworth countryside. Arish Mell, your closest coastal walk, is within Ministry of Defence land and while the beach itself is inaccessible, the views from the surrounding hills are unmissable. The walks from Lulworth Castle Park are an excellent insight into the country estate.

Our Super King Rooms have been tastefully renovated to provide you and your loved-ones with a welcoming, relaxing home-from-home experience. Each have a zip-and-link super king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Super King Rooms will have the bed configured as a Super King unless requested otherwise.

We provide goose down pillows, and luxuriously crisp white Egyptian cotton linen over a Hypnos cashmere mattress for your comfort. Guests receive fluffy white towels, and Lulworth body wash, hand soap and shampoo. The Super King Rooms are ideal for those looking for a little extra space to relax and unwind before exploring the hidden gems Lulworth has to offer.

Also included in the suite is a hairdryer, kettle, coffee machine and welcome pack which contains tea and coffee making facilities.

Some of our Super King Rooms are pet-friendly, welcoming 1 small dog; please let us know if you'll be bringing your four-legged friend with you.
Breakfast is included in your stay, our kitchen is open for breakfast from 08.00-10.00 daily.

Please note:

The Weld Arms is situated close to the Lulworth Ranges, where military training and live firing may occasionally be heard dependent on wind direction.

Please be aware that over the last weekend in July each year, the incredible Camp Bestival takes place at Lulworth Castle which can cause local disruption and does mean the Castle and Grounds are not open to the public in the surrounding weeks before and after the festival.
