This property is a stone cottage enveloped by roses and climbing plants, offering an unobstructed view of the Umbrian countryside and Gubbio, which lights up in the evening. It is the perfect retreat for those seeking peace, beauty, and an authentic connection with nature.

The bedroom, decorated in shades of lavender blue with light blue linen curtains, is designed to promote rest. The living room, with exposed stone walls and light-colored furniture, invites you to slow down by the fireplace. The kitchen is compact yet functional, equipped with everything you need to cook on your own.

The private garden is the heart of this cottage. Under a gazebo illuminated by twinkling lights, you can dine al fresco while admiring Gubbio on the horizon. The outdoor dining area transforms every meal into a special moment, surrounded by the Umbrian countryside.

Gubbio is a medieval town of extraordinary beauty. All around you lies central Italy, just waiting to be explored: Lake Trasimeno, southern Tuscany, Urbino, Assisi, the Frasassi Caves, the Marmore Falls, rafting, and truffle hunting. Umbria is a region that always has something new to offer.
