Come escape to the beautiful Hilton Head Island and enjoy a stay at Sandcastles by the Sea! We are just a short 3 block walk from the Folly Field Beach entrance ..that`s just a minute bike ride or 30 second car drive. Sandcastles by the Sea has a gated entrance that is kept closed at night.

Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.
Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis.
Folly Field Beach Park: Folly Field Beach Park is a gorgeous stretch of shoreline that is known informally by residents and long-time visitors alike as a `local`s beach.` Seldom overcrowded, with parking spots that are almost hidden by a line of live oaks and squat Palmettos, the park is a favorite for new and seasoned vacationers alike, and features ample stretches of shoreline located just a stone`s throw from the wooded park`s entrance. The park features restrooms and outdoor showers. A short boardwalk connects the main parking area with the shoreline, and `beach matting` Is laid down at the end of the boardwalk seasonally, making the route to the shore handicapped accessible. Seasonal lifeguards are also on site, generally from Memorial Day until Labor Day.
Folly Field Beach Park is well-known in local circles as a gorgeous, and very convenient, beach access point, and newcomers would do well to find this almost secretive spot for a fun day at the seashore. With a fantastic, close to the oceanfront locale, and all the little amenities beach-goers need for an extended afternoon or daylong stay, Folly Field Beach Park is a perfect example of Hilton Head Island`s longstanding reputation as a gorgeous, and generally sparsely populated beach town.

Guests must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Children are welcome (ages 2–12) and infants (under 2 years). Please supervise children at all times.

Pets & Smoking:

Pets: Our company has a (2) pet maximum, dogs only. Must be pre-approved at the time of booking. All dogs must be 25 lbs or under, at least 2yrs of age, and fully trained. Policies may vary property to property. Pet fees are as follows: $350 per dog (1-21 nights), $500 per dog (21-60 nights). This fee is not included in AirBnB total and will be added once your reservation has been made. Additional fees may be incurred if there is significant wear or damage of the property.

No smoking inside the house. Smoking is only permitted in the pool patio area. Please dispose of cigarette butts safely.

Parties & Events:

No parties, large gatherings, or events without prior written approval from the host.

No loud music or excessive noise after 10:00 PM, per Town of Hilton Head regulations.

Pool & Outdoor Safety:

No glass containers by the pool or on the patios.

No diving or jumping in the pool; shallow water can cause injury.

Children must be supervised at all times in the pool area.

No swimming in the lagoon and do not feed, disturb, or interact with wildlife.

Property Use & Safety:

Please treat the home and furnishings with care. Any damage may result in additional charges.

Use pool safety equipment (floats, pool toys) responsibly and return items to storage after use.

No candles inside or outside the house to prevent fire hazards.

Keep doors and gates closed for safety, especially with children

Lost & Found / Shipping:
A $35 fee will be charged in addition to postage and packaging for time to return items left at the home.

Parking & Vehicles:

Parking is the most common reason guests receive Town citations, so please review these requirements carefully.
Park only in the designated parking spaces at the property.
All vehicles must fit completely within the driveway. No part of a vehicle may extend into the street.
Vehicles must be parked side-by-side where applicable and may not be parked horizontally across the driveway.
Parking is not permitted on grass, pine straw, landscaping, sidewalks, or public streets.
Parking: 5 vehicles max: 1 in garage, 4 in driveway

Please do not block neighbors’ driveways or community pathways.

Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
