The property has a unique upstairs lounge area, spacious kitchen, modern bedrooms - three with en-suites and one with a dressing room, and space for up to three vehicles. The property boasts large skylight windows allowing the property to feel light, bright and warm. Only a ten minute drive from Blairgowrie and approximately a thirty minute drive to Dundee. Close to golf courses and local hikes.

The Coach House is set in the peaceful village of Alyth, a charming Perthshire location surrounded by rolling countryside and known for its relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

For golf enthusiasts, you’re well placed with both Alyth Golf Club and Strathmore Golf Club in the village, while the renowned Blairgowrie Golf Club, designed by the legendary Alistair MacKenzie, is just a short ten minute drive away.

Within Alyth, you’ll find a selection of local amenities including a Co-op for essentials, as well as The Alyth Hotel and the Airlie Street Bar for a quiet drink. For dining, both The Alyth Hotel and Strathmore Golf Club offer great options nearby.

For larger shops, Tesco in Blairgowrie is the closest supermarket, and grocery deliveries can easily be arranged directly to the property.

Alyth is ideally located for exploring Scotland, offering easy access to Perth, Dundee, and the Cairngorms, while still providing a peaceful base to return to at the end of the day.

Alyth town centre is just a two-minute walk from the house, where you’ll find a bus station with regular links to Blairgowrie, Perth, and Dundee, ideal for onward travel across Scotland.

While public transport is available, a car is recommended if you’re looking to explore more of the surrounding areas at your own pace.

If you’re bringing bikes, there is plenty of space at the property to store them.

Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere inside the property or within the grounds.
Please be respectful of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property.
Pets are welcome but must not be left unattended and are not permitted upstairs.
