Hotel Ste-Catherine

Siamo rimasti solo poche ore. Camera piccola ma pulita.

Il lavandino era tra 2 pareti sttrettissime.

Location and air conditioning, extremely comfy beds

the carpet floors, scent of cigarettes and the need for a interior paint job

The hotel is located in the end of the featured Montreal's Gay Village, where is crowded and good for street sightseeing tourists. It takes about 20 minutes on foot to old Montreal. There are a few bars and pubs across the street with loud music until late evening but that's what you want to feel and see. Our room was on second floor where we could see the people in the street. Decent breakfast provided with croissant, apple pie, muffin, toast from Costco, and coffee and tea. There are 3 large supermarkets, like Metro, IGA, Super C, near by so it was easy to get food and groceries.

There are stains on the carpets as it's in a old building. If replacing the carpets with laminate or vinyl flooring is a great way to upgrade the look of the hotel.

Location is excellent and price it’s fair for what it is.

Smells like old (It is old but no one likes that smell)
