Outdated Bathrooms ( toilets too low) and no walk-in shower and lacking hooks; Noisy Neighbors until 5 AM!

the bed was so comfortable, parking was included and the breakfast was nice

The matress was comfy.

We had the people accross from us have a party in their hotel room waking us up at 3am. When we called the front desk they said they couldn't do anything. For a hotel that size I would expect security to be available to handle these situations. Breakfast was also mediocre, lacking any meat options, the only things available were eggs and baked goods, not great for people on a low carb diet.

the room was not cleaned for the entire stay. Very disappointed with service. No room service available. Hospitality was poor

The coziness 🥰. Very warm and cozy. Yummy breakfast.

Beds were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was simply outstanding in this era.

Great hotel, great pool

Location is very good, we enjoyed being there.

We didn’t have chance for swimming pool.

The hotel was clean, had all the amenities and was very spacious. Location was easy to find and centrally located. The breakfast was good. Adding sliced cheeses and some sort of bacon or sausage would be a huge bonus.

Housekeeping did not come to the room to clean or make the bed. If there is a procedure to follow for this to happen, it was made clear.

No bar. No maid service if visiting less than a week.

My husband and I attended the national bank open tennis on Monday and Tuesday. The hotel is awesome. I just wish it were a bit closer to the subway system. The hotel is close to good shopping and lots of restaurants.

The elevator to the upper floors is a bit of a challenge if you have a luggage cart. You need to change elevators on the third floor to reach the other floors by another elevator down the hall. The room was great except for it had a slight smell of cigarette smoke. We only noticed it when we entered the room from the hallway. After a few minutes we didn’t notice it anymore, otherwise I would have contacted the front desk.
