The room was comfortable and provided plenty of space. Staff was really friendly and it was overall an excellent experience.
Location was particularly good and certainly I would recommend for people wanting to be close to downtown.
The hotel feels a bit dated, although that also adds to the charm.
The washroom and toiletries were fine (again, space was the best point) but overall it felt closer to a budget hotel than a premium experience.

Great location easy parking across the road
Walnuts/Pecan nuts on the carpet when we arrived room was clearly not cleaned properly prior to our arrival but staff sorted this within minutes of our reporting the issue.

Location convenient. Walking distance to most things.
Inconsistency in service. Some staff great and others mediocre. Mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. Housekeeping inconsistent. Forgot to make up our room once and also forgot to replace toilet paper.

Location
Small dreary room.
Do not use the valet because you won't have access to the stuff in your car until it's returned to you. Self park in a nearby lot instead.
