Great location, tidy and comfortable.
I had seen other reviews so was a little wary of staying - but it was a good 3 1/2 star place. Woukd be happy to stay again.
Not really a major issue, but we ended up with extra city taxes, a sustainable fee and so the bill was higher than estimated.

The staff were very nice on arrival and the bed was comfortable.
Multiple messages from the hotel saying they would cancel my reservation if credit card details weren’t provided by 6.00pm. When I explained their system wouldn’t accept my card they confirmed this could be provided when I arrived at the property. This was a stress I didn’t need. The room was dark with the key light not working and we had a wall as a view.

The first room we were allocated upon arrival, was very dark as the window faced a brick wall, however the reception staff were quick to offer us a different room without any fuss.
The hotel was well located & a very easy walk to the main tourist attractions.
Private parking, although paid was very convenient.
Overall the staff were very helpful & accommodating & even the member of staff helping with parking, gave us discounts for a local cycle hire shop.
It is extremely annoying not to be able to pay & book private parking in advance, especially if that is part of the reason that you book that particular hotel.
Surely, if you pay for parking up front, the hotel can’t lose & would be much more fair.

The location was great, and Serdar, who helped us with our luggage, was amazing.
The staff, especially at reception, wasn’t very welcoming, particularly Nicole. Based on our experience with more than 100 hotels, this was one of the coldest check-ins we’ve had. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. The hotel didn’t offer free parking and asked if I was willing to pay around $40 for 24 hours. I declined and found a nearby parking lot for about one-third of that price.
