The location, cleanliness, quietness, balcony

The property has a big balcony, unfortunately there's no chairs and table to fully enjoy and the room could only accommodate 2 chairs.The property can deal with smokers to some extent. It's actually allowed to smoke if you pay $250 penalty. So, our neighbour was a heavy smoker girl and when I informed the host about it, she told me that even though it's illegal to smoke in this building, they can do nothing about it but penalize. The property doesn't have small details like knife sets and I had to cut every small food with a big knife which was very uncomfortable.

Layout and facilities

Many of the appliance had obscure instructions or none. Staff was patient and helpful. HVAC ran very well and kept us comfortable .

Fairly close to attractions and restaurants (20 minute walk to Parliament Hill). Clean room and liked the kitchenette. Concierge responded fairly quickly to emails. Property well secured.

Pool was not open. No concierge on weekends.

Clean and comfortable apartment in a great location. The gym was well equipped.

Location is very good Suit is very clean If need help, service just in time!

The wifi connection was generally quite poor.

Clean. Great shower. Good closet system. Well lit and clean parking garage.

No throw blankets or extra blanket for lounging in the living area. No instructions on how to use the remotes for the TV. Should have a more durable key chain for the fobs - my rings came apart and I nearly lost the fobs.

The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the kitchen is well equipped. Wonderful !!!
