Very good

Traveling with children, it would have been preferred for a free continental breakfast. Other than that, great stay and I would book again

There was a couple with a dog that hung out in the pool area a long time, they were over friendly so scared the kids a bit.

Location was great, close to shopping, great food, and right off the hwy

•Uncomfortable stay •Bugs on bed

Nothing I did not enjoy my stay as the beds were not comfortable I did not sleep as I would wish, Bed had bugs, Ac unit didn’t work I’m not happy

The pillows and the bed very uncomfortable.. Tried to switch rooms they advised me that’s all they had either I take it or leave it.

staff at front desk were always friendly and great. Room very comfortable.

maintenance needs work paint peeling behind curtains from water damage, loose towel holders, loose rail in elevator. things included in other similar priced hotels cost extra ie buffet breakfast, coffee at front desk, no maid service between days during stay.

Okay but not as good as it used to be still it was comfortable room no microwave

Should be included in your room we stayed at holiday inn express in Ancaster same price but breakfast was included

There was no sugar or cream for coffee pods

This was not my normal experience with Doubletree.

location and cleanliness

noisy and pillows very old and flat. The room temperature was hard to control and air conditioner was very noisy.

only one person on desk so had to wait too long for check in. air conditioner I room very noisy very expensive for nothing. hockey teams causing a lot of noise in halls
