The pool and the inside facilities are lovely, staff very friendly

Staff was either unknowledge or rude

When we arrived, a friendly staff member who was still in training helped us with our luggage, and the room service team did a great job of keeping the room consistently clean.

We stayed at this hotel for six days. Some staff members were nice, while others were just okay. Overall, I didn’t find the staff members to be particularly approachable. Due to the rainy weather, my partner and I often ordered food. On one occasion, I waited about 10 minutes in the lobby before the delivery arrived. When I went to take the food back to my room, a staff member stopped me to ask if I was a delivery person. I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable, especially since many people were picking up deliveries, and none seemed to be questioned about whether they were delivering food. I couldn’t help but wonder if I was being profiled because I am not white, which felt odd since I had been visibly waiting in the lobby before stepping outside to collect the food. Consequently, I asked my white girlfriend to pick up subsequent orders, as I felt uneasy about the situation and passing through the lobby in general. She experienced no issues. This incident, which occurred on day three of our six-day stay, left me feeling extremely uncomfortable, and I contemplated changing hotels but decided against it to avoid the hassle.

Clean and modern

The room alarm clock went off at 6am. Woke us up and ruined our sleep. No table to sit at to each room service breakfast. Food was delivered in non environmental plastic containers (should use dishes)

Excellente chambre avec vue magnifique sur la ville. Nous étions au dernier étage! La localisation était parfaite près de tout à pied ! Personnel courtois !

The room is spacious n conveniently located near the cruise terminal. My room is without breakfast n I did not visit the facilities, so no comments except that the hotel rate is very expensive.Concierge Eric is friendly n very helpful in giving recommendations.

Clean rooms. Staff was helpful in allowing early check in for one of the two rooms we booked.

Our bedroom only had one easy chair and no footrest or other places for others to sit. The lobby seating was not comfortable and seemed worn and tired.
