Ubicación es buen punto para quien va en carro, sino la parada de buses está a media hora caminando.

Niets viel tegen deze keer. De vorige keer(week voor dit bezoek) hadden we een kamer waar de wifi verbinding slecht was. Deze keer hadden we een andere kamer dichtbij de lobby waar internet wel goed was.

Tuve tan mala experiencia con el check in, a causa de Jonh que me trato horrible que no puedo decir algo que me haya gustado del hotel.

Sobre todo el recepcionista John. Hombre poco profesional que lo que busca es hacerte la vida imposible. Su preocupación es salir a fumar y tomar cafe y por supuesto ver como puede fastidiarte. PESIMO!!! jamas volveria a ese hotel.

Hotel très correct, assez calme. Personnel très serviable. Petit déjeuner compris bien fourni. A 30 minutes de Miami Beach en voiture.

Climatisation un peu bruyante

The breakfast was not exactly what I am accustomed to during my travel so I only came down for breakfast once.

I would have enjoyed, hash browns, omelette along with grits and fruit salad.

The receptionists are bad, not honest and not customer friendly after you check out. They are latino and like money so they lie a lot! We upgraded the room upon arrival and we received a discount of 60$ on 22th of march. The supervisor who asssited with the check in, told us that when we checkout, we will receive our money back. Upon checkout on the 25th , the receptionist on duty did not even know who the supervisor was on the 22th and promised us the return of the discount of 60$. she knew nothing!! We asked for the schedule to be checked for the supervisor on duty on the 22th and the reply of the receptionist was: they threw it away!!!! It was a good thing we had proof of all documents, because they claim not to know or understand anything! when we asked for the manager, she did not even know who that was! we requested a phone number to call, but they did not had a number of the manager!.. we requested any contact and her reply was we don’t know. We called the police on 911 and they came to check the situation out and they helped us with a corporate number of the hotel, and after 911 was there, the receptionist kwew right away where the documents were! The police disclosed that they receive a lot of these similar complaints, but cannot do much due to the fact that this is a public issue. For us as a familiy, we did not like this dishonesty and suggest when you visit this hotel, try to have somebody in the family group who speaks spanish, because it seems this hotels is like latin america. They do not understand proper English! Furthermore, ALWAYS TAKE THE NAME OF THE RECPTIONIST HANDLING YOUR CHECK IN, AN EMAIL ADRES AND A MOBILE NUMBER!! Pay cash much as possible!! When these Latinos want to squeeze out your money- they will lie an do that!!
