Clean and spacious. Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable and decent size room

Staff on reception could have been more attentive. I waited a significant time to check in with the woman out back on a personal call.

The hotel is very convenient for us because of its location. However, the terrace needs some maintenance, as the tables do not look to be in very good condition. The breakfast has improved considerably. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The bed was extremely hard. I’m not sure if it was just the bed in our room, 302, but it was like sleeping on a rock. The shower was not very good, and there was no handheld showerhead. This is essential for a woman when washing her hair. We had to call the handyman to fix the bathroom sink because it was completely clogged. The air conditioning was also an issue. When we set it to 74°F, it would blow hot air, so the handyman had to come and check it as well. Some nights we were quite hot, even though we set the AC to 67°F for sleeping. The restaurant is expensive, and unfortunately, the food is not very good.
