The check in experience was very efficient and the staff were friendly. We loved the size of the room and also the balcony over looking the slopes and the village. The provided coffee each day in the room was a plus. The issue we did have was taken care of promptly. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated that the bathroom had a shower and a separate bath tub. The closet space was excellent. A big plus was having an in-unit washer dryer which I did use. Overall, it was a lovely space.
Our coffee maker did not work, however the front desk had it replaced for us immediately when we informed them of the issue. Our toilet was not working properly and we did not mention it to them until we were leaving. My husband kept fixing it. I did not want a plumber in the room while we were trying to rest. I am sure this hotel would have fixed it for us had we complained, as they were very efficient. There was a lot of construction going on early in the morning around the hotel and on the slopes beside us.

Hotel was located directly in the pedestrian village. With easy access to all the activities and restaurants. We stayed in a one bedroom suite with which had every accoutrement that an apartment would have. The room rooms were big. The apartment was spotless. The doors opened up to the mountain and next to that was a big balcony. I would highly recommend the Sommet Des Neiges. Check in with seamless. The Internet or Wi-Fi works terrific and the parking was directly below the hotel connected to the elevators. Easy In-N-Out. The pool and the workout center were clean and very accessible.

The location is great. The rooms are clean and I liked it has full kitchen, waser and dryer, iron, ...
They had good services too.
They charged us for parking which surprised me a bit. When u pay for the room, you need to park your car for free.
Also, there is no breakfast service. If they had bf included, I would give it a 10/10.

Kids room could use a refresh, very outdated, could use new carpets throughout the property
