Steep stairs both outside and inside one bedroom, 2 bath unit. Difficult with arthritis.

The studio was nice and cozy and the location was great!

The bed was described as a king size, however the bed consisted of two beds put together so the crack the middle made it uncomfortable to move around.

We could literaly hear everything the room next to me, and they made a lot of noise by 3AM, they even invited other people in their room by 3AM. I was about to call the police but i heard them leaving by 4AM so i leaved it like this.

Location. Amenities. Staff dedication.

The washroom. The toilet flush was very slow and shower was not draining the water as it should normally. It was disgusting.

Location is disappointing ,the construction facing the condo is not something you would like to look all day long... Is Embarc a smoking free area? Are the dogs and cats allowed on Embarc space ???

Animals and people smoking on the Embarc area ...!!! People that make noise for whatever reason should be expelled from the site.

location was good. did not receive or aware of breakfast. good parking spot in front of condo. good appliances, kitchen ware. TV and stations were good. comfortable bed.

Clean up the changing room for jacuzzi.
