Beautiful property. Not so large though. Friendly staff. Excellent housekeeping staff. They stopped by throughout our stay and asked if we needed anything. The bar area was lively with great service and drinks.
The restaurant staff and food. Both were terrible. The staff acted very indifferent with low energy. They didn’t want to be there. The taste of the food wasn’t good.

Service at the bar was very friendly and good
The concierge service was poor and very hard to reach. We have to wait 30 minutes sometimes to the staff find him. 🤦♂️

Please, provide investigation about payment. On 10 of February at 16:00 pm we checked out. Before going out we paid to the reception 506 $. Personal returned 5$ and said that on checking in we made payment 3400 $ and 5$ was extra payment. So, she got 501$ from us. After coming home, two days later I found out that your hotel took from my bank card 501,44$. I wrote to your personal about it, but they didn’t return me money. Just check video on 10 of February 16:10 pm.
