As always, I feel safe and in the most comfortable of environment. I always stay hear for medical trips to Nanaimo.

I would be hard pressed to find anything I would need more than what is offered here.

Lack of Modernized anything. Bad breakfast , Bacteria ridden Sauna. The fella that handed me my key was as rude as a person gets .

Nice hot tub over looking the lake, and breakfast included is a bonus

Happy with our stay

The view, the swimming, the beds..and I can’t say enough about Lenny..He was so helpful, kind, fun and informative ..would love to have him on my staff.. and the cute little day time kid was an absolute dream. Only complaint is the hot tub is only open from 12pm to 8pm..come on..:)) Will definitely recommend and be back:)

Breakfast was excellent but some heating equipment didn’t work. The view was awesome. Front desk staff were helpful.

Garbage piled at the front entrance, slippery shower with no pressure, halls dirty. Kids screaming and playing in the hallways. Elevator not working, wifi not connecting and needing re-connection.

Clean, nice view, quiet room

Would have given a much higher rating but there was no hot water in the morning and the staff appeared to be somewhat indifferent when I brought it to her attention. She indicated she would look into it but we didn't receive any sort of apology. There were renovations taking place near our room and likely was the cause so perhaps a "one off" but it did mean our stay wasn't as comfortable as expected.
