location was nice.

very dirty and outdated, our room was dirty and gross. a massive red wet stain on the floor as soon as we walked in. wallpaper falling off the walls.

The staff were friendly. Continental breakfast was nice, clean and fresh.

Getting in after midnight was a little tricky. Finally made it in.

Poorly lit room We had four people and only two sets of towels. Bathtub had slow drain

it’s a converted Holiday Inn. All the great features at a reduced cost.

Poor Signage

Front Desk staff was accommodating and on point. After we found the room we were given wasn't cleaned, they were quick to fix the situation.

breakfast time is way too short ; if i get up at 9 am it is over already ; plus the queen bed was awefull to sleep on it was way to hard and lumpy

The room and staff were great but the parking is not secure you pay $15.00 a night to wake up to a smashed window and my car broken into

The fact that tou pay for parking to only find out that they have had many many vehicles broken into and the staff doesn't even I form you of this reoccurring problem. This needs to be rectified.

We didn't end up staying because there was no rooms. We had room booked and paid for online and when we got to the property, they were completely booked. And we still don't have our money back

More caring staff that doesn't roll their eyes at you. Lower price. Better parking.

Good location for our needs.

Staff told us we had to request maid service each & every day. This was not mentioned at time of booking nor at check-in. Hair dryer was missing, had to ask for one to be brought up. Coffee wasn't automatically replaced when room serviced. Had to specify "regular" coffee otherwise housekeeper would leave decaffeinated. Difficult to set HVAC control for comfortable room temperature. Music in lobby was so loud, day and night. We mentioned it several times but only on our 3rd day did the front desk clerk realize he could actually adjust the volume himself. Outside perimeter needs major spring cleaning. We knew this hotel as Comfort Hotel, later as Holiday Inn Express. Last year we were told it had closed for rebranding but we didn't notice any improvements. Probably won't stay here next time.
