Proximity to shopping and restaurants.
The hotel was rather dilapidated- carpets and tub need replacement. Desk chair was torn. TV channels were fuzzy.

The staff were lovely and very helpful, there were some troublesome guests which unsettled us but they let us change our booking and gave us $30.00 off the bill as an apology

Alicia. not accommodating of our request for the first floor. said I requested 2nd floor. I put the request for first right in messages. I’ve been 3 times already. said booking.com put 2nd flr. since when does booking.com assign rooms??? there was no one in the first floor room our 2nd night. fact that we were there 2 nights, been 3 times already, have a dog and I have bad knees would have justified giving us our requested room. will think twice before booking again. Alicia was not nice.

Love that we were able to take our dog us. The front staff were super friendly. Check out was super easy and the beds were so comfortable!
I am pretty sure I booked a King size bed and we only got a Queen. The bed was comfortable, so comfortable that my husband snoring may or may not have kept me up lol

nothing! I call the day before to ask about early check in as we were at the brier and they said no problem on the phone. receptionist was extremely rude and said no way. I didn’t need to stay in the room. just check in as we wouldn’t be back until 11 pm. not a chance.
booked a queen bed… they gave us a double.. said if I had checked in earlier they could have given me what I had reserved! nothing else available. I’m 6’4” tall double doesn’t work! ask to speak to a manager… not available so requested a call back next day… no call back. worst customer service I have EVER had!

Nice and clean, the staff were really nice.
Only minor complaint is the breakfast items were not being restocked quick enough, we were there for a tournament and on a tight schedule. We booked this particular hotel because breakfast was included.
